We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your medical apparel or footwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain compression garments and personal protective equipment are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
